Small Screen Mode

HI,

When looking at my site on my phone, the small screen mode doesn't seem to be working correctly. From the documentation, it should show the thumbnail page. But instead it shows the first image, and it's not even all of it. It displays the full height, but with width on both sides is cut off. Is there a setting that I'm missing so that it shows the thumbnails?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
